Privacy commitment

All personal information in our store's Member Panel (name, username, email address, mailing address, purchases, etc.) will not be shared with third parties or organizations and will be used solely to ensure you get the most out of eurometall.com.tr. Your information is protected by the same system that maintains the product database.

Only you can access and change any information you provide when registering. It is not possible for anyone else to access or change your information.


Security and security policy

Credit Card Security Approval

Why was my order cancelled due to bank failure?

If your order cannot be reached by your bank or our Store's Credit Card Security Unit via a phone number registered in their system to obtain approval for your order, your order may be canceled to ensure the security of the credit card holder.

Information regarding order cancellation is sent to the e-mail address registered in the orderer's membership.

In order for your order to be approved by the bank, your personal information registered in your bank and on our website must be updated.

Why is my order pending payment verification?

To ensure our customers' credit card security, bank approval is required only for credit card orders. The approval process is as follows:

"When necessary, our credit card security unit contacts our customers via the landline phone numbers listed in their personal information registered with the bank, obtains confirmation of their orders, and forwards them to us.

Once the order confirmation is sent to our system by the bank, your order will be prepared and delivered to the cargo.
For orders that do not receive approval within more than 2 days, the bank has not been able to reach our customer on the landline phone numbers registered in their system and our customer needs to update their personal information at the bank.”

Since we have not yet received approval from the bank for your order during this period, we kindly ask you to call your bank to update your personal information and provide the bank's credit card security unit with a fixed telephone number where they can reach you as soon as possible.
