The working principle of boxed sliding shelves is that boxes and parcels slide at a certain speed on roller cassettes placed on slightly inclined modules, without any assistance, thanks to their own weight and gravity.
The system consists of rack modules, boxes are loaded from one side of this module and unloaded from the other, therefore the FIFO principle (First In First Out) is applied.
The boxed sliding shelving system can be applied to all types of shelves. This system is particularly preferred because it saves time in order preparation and assembly lines.

Since there is no space on the shelves, there is no idle stock area. Automatic Warehouse Shelving Systems are computer-controlled, fully automated systems that work with integration to the warehouse management system (WMS).
These systems are divided into two groups: Unitload (palletized/crate/case) for heavy volume products and Miniload (plastic boxed/cardboard) for small volume products.
Loading and unloading of products is carried out using robot stackers called 'stacker cranes.' Work orders are sent to the stacker cranes via the WMS warehouse management system.
Projects are designed specifically for the customer, taking into consideration criteria such as Unitload/Miniload size and weight of the products to be stacked in Automatic Warehouse Racking Systems (AS/RS), warehouse dimensions, height, product turnover speed, etc.
