Return Conditions

Product Return Conditions

Sales made through Soydanraf.com fall under the category of "Distance Sales" and are subject to the provisions of the "Consumer Protection Law" and the "Distance Contracts Regulation." Issues regarding the return of purchased products should also be evaluated within the scope of this Law and Regulation.

To ensure a smooth return process, the customer must inspect the shipment with the courier upon delivery. If the package or packaging is cracked, broken, damaged, opened, or crushed, the product must be returned without receiving it. Returns claiming damage to the product by the courier after receiving the product will not be accepted. Please remember that upon receiving the product, that is, by signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the courier company has fully performed its duty.

The consumer has the right to return the product subject to the contract within 7 days from the delivery to him/her or to the person at the address he/she has indicated.

As Soydan Raf Market Equipment, we undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within 7 days from the date of receipt or signing of the contract, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and that we will take back the goods as of the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The right of return cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as single-use products, products that deteriorate rapidly, or products that have expired. For products such as shelves (unpackaged, if applicable, they must not have any other labels other than the original, must not have been attached, must not have been assembled, and must be unused.), wire baskets, crate bases, and wooden gondola products, the right of return is subject to the condition that the product packaging is unopened, intact, its resalability is intact, no shipping company labels, etc., are attached to the product packaging, and that the product is unused.

For products that may be incompatible, you must contact technical support via email before ordering. Returns are not possible after assembly, installation, and use of these products. (For example, shelves, baskets, and gondolas with incorrect dimensions, sizes, and capacities.)

For a product to be returned by our company, the product packaging and box contents must be undamaged and in resalable condition. The original shipping receipt and sales invoice, along with all copies of the original shipping package, must be returned. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal deductions cannot be refunded to the customer.

If the product you wish to return has a corporate invoice, you must send it along with the return invoice issued by the corporate. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders with invoices issued to corporates will not be processed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.

Incoming products are first inspected by the Returns Department. If necessary, they are sent to an authorized dealer/service or supplier/importer/manufacturer for testing. If they meet the above requirements, the return process is initiated. This process takes between 3 and 7 days.

Within seven days of receiving these documents, Soydan Raf Market Equipment Ind. Trade Ltd. will initiate a written request with the relevant bank to refund the product price to the customer's credit card or bank account. Soydan Raf Market Equipment Ind. Trade Ltd. is not responsible for any delays in the refund process by the bank. The return form must be completed completely for the refund to be processed.


Exercise of the right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer "has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any liability and without giving any reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product" (Article 8). Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 7 days of receiving it.

To benefit from the right of withdrawal:

  • The return must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without opening the packaging, damaging or spoiling the product and without using the product.
  • Returns are not accepted in cases where products such as shelves are opened or the packaging is physically damaged, torn, etc.
  • Before sending the product, the customer must fill out the Return Form and apply for a return, and must not send the product back until the application is approved. Products sent in this manner will not be accepted by our company and will be returned to the sender via the same shipping method.
  • To benefit from this right, the purchased product must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are produced in accordance with the customer's special requests and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.
  • There is no right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, are likely to deteriorate rapidly or expire.
  • Return of defective goods: According to the Consumer Protection Law, "Goods that are contrary to their characteristics stated in the promotional and user manuals or advertisements and announcements, or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected from them by the consumer in terms of their intended use, are considered defective goods. If the customer notifies the customer of the defective goods within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, they have the right to return the product, receive a price reduction, receive a free replacement or receive a free repair." (Article 4).

To benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting defective goods:

  • If the features of the product differ from those stated in its promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit expected from the product by the customer, the product is classified as defective.
  • The customer must report defective goods within 30 days.
  • Before sending the product, the customer must apply by filling out the Return Form and must not send the product until his application is approved.
  • In the case of a defective product, a report prepared by an authorized dealer/service station, or the product's importer or manufacturer determines whether there was a user error. If user error is determined, the customer is not entitled to any rights.
  • Return period: Soydan Raf Market Equipment Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. will refund the price of the returned products within seven days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal or defective goods notification, provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs for products returned using the Right of Withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer. For returns of defective goods, customers may return the product with cash on delivery, but must ship via our partner SÜRAT KARGO. If they ship with a different courier, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
